The Military Fitness Training (MFT) company was formed (in Doncaster) and is run by Jon Reynolds. Jon is a retired British Army Captain and ex-Paratrooper with 6 years leadership experience. Jon has served overseas, most recently in Afghanistan and he hopes to share his experience and skills to help people across the UK to improve their fitness levels. << See more details here >>
All MFT Sessions are led by Ex-Military staff, all now qualified personal training instructors who promise to deliver results with their uncompromising military style.
The sessions are aimed at all abilities and participants will be put into a group that meets their fitness level.
Military Fitness Training Army style fitness classes include team games, tyres, ropes and obstacle courses included in the adrenaline-fuelled one hour sessions. Be mentally and physically challenged in one of three ability groups running simultaneously – there is always a level to suit you!

For 2012 Military Fitness Training are introducing a fantastic 'PARATROOPER CHALLENGE'.
This fitness and social challenge is a team event to establish if you have the fitness to be ready fit to British Forces Paratrooper level.
Teams will consist of 4 members and include at least one member of the opposite sex. This fun challenge to see if you have what it takes to match the fitness level of a 'maroon beret'.
The maroon beret has been an international symbol of elite Airborne forces since it was chosen for British airborne forces in WWII. This distinctive head dress was officially introduced in 1942, at the direction of the commander of the British 1st Airborne Division. The colour of the beret was reportedly chosen by his wife, the novelist Daphne du Maurier.
The Paratrooper Challenge will take place at Wadworth Wood, Wood House Lane, Wadworth, Doncaster (DN11) on Sunday 25th March, 2012. Challenge winners will also receive a 'Paratrooper Challenge' Winners trophy.
